The Oregon Coalition for the Homeless has been a customer of Office Systems for over 5 years. What we've bought and leased has been a god send. Over this time we have purchased copiers and faxes from them. Their prices have been competitive both for equipment and for maintenance monthly full service contracts. They have gone the âextra mileâ to understand the needs of the particular site and to make recommendations on products which will meet those needs. I am particularly satisfied with their service staff. The staff are knowledgeable about the equipment and responsive to service calls. They communicate the status of the need for repairs and the status of those repairs. This allows me to keep my staff informed on these issues. Their extensive knowledge of the equipment we have in place also assists me in planning for replacement of our older machines.

We became acquainted with Office Systems when we started our mortgage company in 2004. After we carefully shopped it out, Office Systems was the only company that would do business with a start-up company that was not in a position to purchase a copy/fax machine. They were willing to structure a lease (with option to buy), and we now own our TOSHIBA. We also get a maintenance agreement which has come in handy and is well worth the money. Our monthly service runs of copies and prints far out ran our estimates but Kens proposal was right on and we now are glad we leased what we did. No matter what problem may arise, Office Systems is always there to help. Their knowledgeable staff and repair personnel have come to our rescue on numerous occasions at record speed. Our company has had 3 Toshiba copiers from Office systems in the last 10 years. Our experience with Office Systems has always been excellent. We will never go anywhere else for our office machines.
